SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — A 29-year-old farmer was arrested during a routine police checkpoint after being found with suspected shabu in Barangay Macabiag, Sinait town in Ilocos Sur on Wednesday. Personnel of the Sinait Municipal Police Station were conducting a checkpoint along the national highway when they flagged down the suspect, a resident of the said village.
