East Java BPN Office: Bribery money turned into gold jewelry, seized by KPK

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has seized gold jewelry, estimated to be worth tens of millions of rupiah, from the East Java Regional Office of the National Land Agency (BPN). The jewelry is suspected to have been acquired with money collected for bribery in a case involving the improper processing of land use rights (HGB). The KPK is investigating the motive behind converting the funds into jewelry. Eight suspects have been identified in connection with the case.
