Samdech Techo Hun Sen Urges Government to Reject Bilateral Talks with Thailand, Push UNCLOS Route
Senate President Samdech Techo Hun Sen has urged the Cambodian government to abandon bilateral negotiations with Thailand over maritime disputes, advocating instead for resolution through UNCLOS mechanisms. He stated that Thailand’s unilateral cancellation of the 2001 MoU has rendered bilateral frameworks obsolete.
