Vietnam Seeks New Impetus for Ties with South Korea, Mongolia

Vietnam is scheduled to pay official visits to the Republic of Korea (RoK) and Mongolia from September 6-11. These trips are significant for implementing the foreign policy set out by the 14th National Party Congress and Politburo Resolution No. 06-NQ/TW, while concretizing the orientations and agreements reached by Vietnam's senior leaders with the two partners. The visits are expected to bring fresh momentum to the relations. These high-level exchanges are part of Vietnam's efforts to strengthen cooperation with its international partners. For the RoK, the visit aims to further deepen collaboration across various sectors, including economy, trade, investment, technology, and cultural exchanges. South Korea is a key investor and a vital partner in Vietnam's supply chain. With Mongolia, the visits are anticipated to enhance economic cooperation and strengthen coordination on regional and international issues.
