Mr. Uch Borarith, First Vice-President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has expressed his profound gratitude to the delegation of the Francophonie Parliamentary Assembly (APF) for adopting a resolution supporting Cambodia's territorial integrity. Speaking on behalf of the Senate, the National Assembly, and the people of Cambodia, following the adoption of this resolution at the 51st annual meeting of the APF held in Yaoundé, Cameroon on July 11, 2026, Mr. Uch Borarith stated that this adoption is a testament to the APF's strong commitment to the fundamental principles of the Assembly, namely: respect for international law, state sovereignty, and peaceful dispute resolution. He emphasized that the APF's support for the resolution sends a message of solidarity, responsibility, and mutual assistance among member states of the Francophonie Organization to the international community, aiming for peace, international law, and development.
