Philippines Monitors 3 Tropical Depressions Amidst Monsoon Rains

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) is monitoring three tropical depressions, one within and two outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility. Tropical Depression Neneng, located east of Batanes, is not expected to directly affect the country.
