Bank Indonesia has opened registrations for the 41st batch of its PCPM (Assistant Manager Candidate Education Selection) program, aimed at cultivating future leaders for the digital era. Applications are open online until August 14, 2026.
Bank Indonesia (BI) has opened registrations for the 41st batch of its PCPM (Assistant Manager Candidate Education Selection) program, aimed at cultivating honest and professional future leaders capable of addressing economic challenges in the digital era. According to BI's official Instagram account, applications for this batch will be accepted online from August 9 to August 14, 2026, via the dedicated website www.rekrutmenpcpmbi.id/41. BI emphasized that no fees will be charged during the selection process, urging applicants to be cautious. Eligibility criteria include sound physical and mental health, Indonesian citizenship, a maximum age of 26 years (Bachelor's degree) or 28 years (Master's degree) as of August 31, 2026, and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree. Furthermore, a GPA of at least 3.00 out of 4.00, active participation in extracurricular activities, and the absence of or willingness to terminate employment with other institutions are required. Applicants must also be willing to be placed anywhere within Indonesia. The 41st PCPM selection is open to candidates from a wide range of academic backgrounds, including Economics, Development Studies, Islamic Economics, Agribusiness/Socio-Economics, Industrial Engineering, other Engineering fields (Civil, Electrical, Architecture, Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, Physics), Management, Business/Finance, Accounting, Law, Communication Studies, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, International Relations, Psychology, Public Administration, Information Technology, and Information Systems.
