EGCO Books 2.8 Billion Baht Revenue from Power Plant Share Sale
Electricity Generating Public Company Limited (EGCO) is set to book approximately 2.8 billion baht in revenue from the sale of its 49% stake in Banpu Energy Service Company Limited (BES), a joint venture with Banpu Power and Renewable Energy (BPP). The divestment is seen as part of EGCO's portfolio restructuring efforts.
