Hanoi to Support Low-Income Residents in Replacing High-Emission Motorbikes

Hanoi is formulating a support scheme to assist low-income residents in replacing old, high-emission motorcycles and mopeds, a major source of pollution. The city also plans to offer free first-time emission testing.
