Vietnam's Vice President Distributes Mid-Autumn Festival Gifts to Children in Tuyen Quang

On the afternoon of September 20, 2024, Comrade Vo Thi Anh Xuan, Member of the Party Central Committee and Vice President of Vietnam, led a delegation to visit the Rehabilitation Hospital in Tuyen Quang province. She presented Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to sick and disabled children receiving treatment there. The visit aimed to convey warm support and festive greetings during the Mid-Autumn Festival, a traditional Vietnamese holiday, to children facing difficult circumstances. The Vice President offered words of prayer for the children's recovery and healthy growth, and encouraged hospital staff to continue their dedicated care for the children. As a one-party state, Vietnam's Communist Party prioritizes the improvement of social welfare as a key policy objective. The nurturing and protection of children are particularly emphasized as an investment in future generations. Such public support activities reflect the government's stance on fostering national solidarity and striving for overall societal well-being.
