National Job and Productivity Fair Offers Youth Career Insights and Opportunities

The National Job and Productivity Fair 2026, held on September 12th and 13th in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, is being recognized by many young people not only as a venue for job opportunities but also as a significant platform for gathering information crucial for their future career development. Approximately 150 enterprises, companies, and related institutions participated in the fair, presenting around 35,000 job opportunities for youth and job seekers. Attendees expressed positive views regarding the diverse information and opportunities provided by the event. Ms. Sam Pisey, a management student at Asia Europe University, stated that the annual job fair organized by the Ministry "provides both a pleasant atmosphere and numerous opportunities for youth to gain a clearer understanding of the world of work." She further emphasized its value, saying, "It is a place where high school students who have just graduated and current students have the opportunity to learn about job prospects and obtain a wealth of information." Ms. Sa Nimol, a first-year law student attending the fair for the first time, also shared her positive sentiment, remarking, "Even though I am only in my first year, I feel happy and believe there is no shortage of jobs for our students." These perspectives from the youth suggest that the National Job and Productivity Fair serves as a vital source of information, enabling students to grasp labor market trends and prepare for the next stages of their education and careers, in addition to connecting job seekers with employers.
