MMDA General Manager Pays P14,000 for Traffic Violations
Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) General Manager Nicolas Torre III has paid a P14,000 fine to the Land Transportation Office (LTO) for multiple traffic violations, including use of the EDSA busway, plate tampering, reckless driving, and use of blinkers. The LTO urged government officials to avoid such serious offenses.
