Ex-PRA chief Agra acquitted of graft

The Sandiganbayan, the Philippines' anti-graft court, has acquitted former Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA) chairperson Alberto Agra of graft charges. The court ruled that the prosecution failed to present sufficient evidence to prove Agra acted with partiality or bad faith in signing memorandums of agreement for a reclamation project.
