President Prabowo Thanks PAN for Loyalty, Signals Strengthened Political Base

President Prabowo Subianto congratulated the National Mandate Party (PAN) on its 28th anniversary, expressing his deep gratitude for the loyalty the party has shown. The President referred to PAN as a "loyal comrade-in-arms." These remarks were made during a speech at the event celebrating PAN's 28th anniversary and the launch of the "PANSar Murah Nasional" movement, held at JCC Senayan in Jakarta on Friday (18th). The ceremony was attended by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, PAN Chairman Zulkifli Hasan (also known as Zulhas), as well as numerous cabinet ministers and leaders of other political parties. President Prabowo's praise for PAN is seen as part of an effort to stabilize the current administration and strengthen its support base. PAN is a key member of the coalition government that secured victory in the presidential election, alongside the "Great Indonesia Movement Party" (Gerindra), to which President Prabowo belongs. Reaffirming the party's loyalty is believed to aim at further solidifying cooperation in the future governance of the administration.
