Davao City receives P53.11B in national tax allotment from 2022-2026
Malacañang announced that Davao City and its barangays will receive approximately P52.80 billion in National Tax Allotment (NTA) and an additional P314.48 million from other General Appropriations Act (GAA) releases from 2022 to 2026, totaling about P53.11 billion. This was presented in response to claims of insufficient government funding for the city.
