Driver Sentenced to 20 Years for Fatally Running Over Student After Accident
In Hanoi, a 52-year-old truck driver, Dinh Van Long, has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for intentionally running over a 15-year-old student after an accident. Fearing compensation, the driver did not help the victim and instead continued driving over her.
