Phnom Penh Police Arrest 16 Youths in Intentional Violence Case
Phnom Penh police have arrested a total of 16 individuals from two youth groups involved in an intentional violence case in Daun Penh district. Six motorcycles were seized, and the suspects have been sent to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court.
