Hanoi proposes land-for-infrastructure deal for new wastewater treatment project
Hanoi plans to implement the S3 basin wastewater project through a Build-Transfer (BT) contract, with an estimated investment of over 4 trillion VND. The city intends to compensate the private consortium with 4.18 hectares of land in Hoang Liet and Dinh Cong wards, pending approval at the upcoming municipal council meeting.
