Luzon Areas Remain Under Heavy Rainfall Alerts Due to Southwest Monsoon
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) maintained heavy rainfall alerts in several Luzon areas on Friday afternoon, Sept. 4, due to the ongoing effects of the southwest monsoon, locally known as habagat, warning of potential flooding and landslides.
