Thailand Establishes Data Center Regulatory Body to Oversee Impact on Utilities, Resources, and Environment
The Thai Cabinet has approved the establishment of a specialized committee to regulate the country's rapidly growing Data Center industry. This body will oversee energy, resources, urban planning, and data safety, aiming for sustainable growth. Infrastructure projects, including a reservoir in Chanthaburi and a monorail in Songkhla, also received approval.
