Saraburi Hosts Grandly World's Only "Flower Alms Giving" Festival

Saraburi province in central Thailand hosted its grand annual "Flower Alms Giving" (Tak Bat Dok Khao Phansa) festival, a unique Buddhist tradition. Celebrated at the start of the Buddhist Lent, the event features devotees offering flowers to monks, a ritual believed to be dedicated to the Buddha's footprints.
