For Vietnam, a nation experiencing continuous economic growth, nurturing a high-quality human capital is crucial for boosting international competitiveness and fostering technological innovation. In particular, as economic and geopolitical relations with neighboring China become increasingly complex, strengthening domestic technological capabilities and innovation capacity is a key priority for enhancing national self-reliance. The Prime Minister's message aims to encourage a shift in consciousness and practical improvements within the education sector as the new academic year commences. To maximize the development of each learner's potential and to cultivate individuals capable of adapting to a rapidly changing modern society, a departure from the conventional, standardized education system is necessary.
