Ex-Senator's Son Sentenced to 132 Years for Online Gambling and Money Laundering in Thailand
A Thai criminal court on Friday sentenced Padejphong Muangthai, son of a former senator, to 132 years in prison for operating online gambling websites and money laundering. The extensive illicit operation involved over 20 accomplices and led to the seizure of assets worth approximately 380 million baht.
