Phnom Penh Governor Donates Over 92 Million Riel to Support High School Exam Process
The Governor of Phnom Penh has donated approximately 92.16 million Riel to support the smooth operation of the High School Diploma Examination (Bak Doup), scheduled for August 10, 2026. The funds will be used for incentives for invigilators, graders, security personnel, and medical staff, as well as for free parking for candidates.
