MANILA, Philippines — The impeachment court will rule on the request of the House prosecution panel to subpoena the bank and tax records of Vice President Sara Duterte on Wednesday, presiding officer Francis “Chiz” Escudero announced on Tuesday. On Wednesday, the sixth day of the Duterte’s impeachment trial, the prosecution and the defense are set to present their oral arguments in relation to the said request.
