Cambodia Encourages Private Investment in Education, International Standard School Opens

Senior Minister Men Sam An strongly supports private investment in education, which is crucial for preparing youth to become global citizens in line with the demands of the 21st century. The newly inaugurated International Westrange School in Svay Rieng province will contribute to the nation's human resource development. Men Sam An stated this during the inauguration ceremony of the International Westrange School, Svay Rieng branch, located in Svay Rieng City, Svay Rieng Province. He noted that the school's establishment aligns with the Royal Government of Cambodia's "Pentagonal Strategy" Phase 1, which adopts four key approaches: People, Road, Water, Electricity, and Digital. The Senior Minister expressed gratitude for the dedication and high commitment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, shareholders, and the management team of Westrange Education Group for expanding their investment and bringing international standard educational services to Svay Rieng Province. He emphasized that the establishment of an international school in Svay Rieng City demonstrates a commitment to providing educational opportunities for children and youth in the province and surrounding areas, offering them an international standard education within a modern learning environment, with qualified teachers and a curriculum focused on developing knowledge, skills, morality, leadership, and preparation as global citizens for the 21st century.
