Chonburi Warns of Flooding as Reservoir Nears Capacity
Chonburi Province, Thailand, has issued a flood warning as the Khlong Luang Ratchalothon reservoir's water level has exceeded 104% of its capacity. Increased water discharge is scheduled to begin on October 5th.
