Vietnam to Amend Land Law to Optimize National Resources and Protect Citizen Rights
The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam has decided on a direction for amending the Land Law and related legislation. The aim is to maximize the utilization of national resources while harmonizing the rights and interests of citizens, businesses, and the state. The goal is to build a national land information database by the end of 2026 and complete land surveying and registration by the end of 2027.
