Phnom Penh Authorities Uncover Numerous Undocumented Foreign Residents in Sweeping Checks
Phnom Penh authorities conducted a city-wide sweep on June 1st, inspecting 91 locations including condos and apartments as part of efforts to combat online scams. While no evidence of technological fraud was found, 948 foreign nationals were identified, with 63 found to be residing illegally or overstaying their visas.
