NBI Tarlac personnel relieved over extortion raps
The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has relieved all personnel of its Tarlac district office pending an investigation into alleged extortion activities. The Internal Affairs Division is conducting the probe and has urged the complainant to cooperate.
