Vietnam Plans Nearly 3,000 km of New Expressways by 2030

Vietnam's Ministry of Construction has proposed the construction and expansion of nearly 3,000 km of expressways between 2026 and 2030, with an estimated cost of VND 885 trillion (approximately USD 36 billion). This initiative is part of a broader plan to develop 8,993 km of highways nationwide by 2050, aiming to boost economic growth through infrastructure investment.
