Two men drowned in brick pond (natural pond) in Yakin Township

It was learned from the Fire Brigade of Myanmar that two men drowned in the brick pond (natural pond) in Yakin Township this afternoon (September 21). Upon receiving a report that two men had drowned and gone missing in the brick pond (natural pond) located on Nyaung Pin Thar Street, Ward 11, Yakin Township, Yangon Region, around 4:18 PM on September 21, members of the Yakin Township Fire Brigade were dispatched to conduct search and rescue operations. Subsequently, at 4:36 PM, the body of one of the drowned men was discovered and transported to Thingangyun Hospital by a vehicle from the Moe Set Kone Charity Organization. Furthermore, the body of the remaining man was found at 5:31 PM, and the Myat Metta Social Welfare Organization assisted in transporting it to Thingangyun Hospital by vehicle, according to the Fire Brigade of Myanmar.
