Deputy Prime Minister's Wife Donates to Siem Reap Red Cross Branch
Mrs. Thieng Aing Thieng Seihah, representing Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense Tea Seiha, donated 152,200,000 Riels and $71,237.50 to the Siem Reap Provincial Red Cross Branch on the occasion of the 163rd anniversary of World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day. The funds will support vulnerable populations, including internally displaced persons and families of wounded soldiers.
SIEM REAP, July 5, 2026 -- This morning, Mrs. Thieng Aing Thieng Seihah, representing Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense Tea Seiha, along with her delegation, donated 152,200,000 Riels and $71,237.50 to the Siem Reap Provincial Red Cross Branch. The donation was made on the occasion of the 163rd anniversary of World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day, May 8, 2026, under the theme "Continuing to unite for humanity." Mr. Prak Sophon, Chairman of the Siem Reap Provincial Red Cross Committee, expressed his deepest gratitude to Mrs. Thieng Aing Thieng Seihah and her delegation for their generous financial contribution to the Siem Reap Provincial Red Cross Branch on the occasion of the 163rd anniversary of World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day, May 8, 2026.
