Rights group: Arrested rebel, American are activists
A human rights group in Southern Tagalog claims that a suspected rebel and an American arrested by security forces in Cabuyao City, Laguna, are actually activists. The group is calling for an independent investigation into alleged human rights and international humanitarian law violations.
