Romualdez Co-accused Serenio Out of Philippines, BI Confirms
Joselyn Serenio, co-accused with former House Speaker Martin Romualdez in a P7.4 billion plunder case, has left the Philippines before a hold-departure order was issued, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) confirmed. Authorities are pursuing international cooperation for her apprehension.
