Cambodia Announces High School Graduation Exam Schedule for August 10, 2026
The Cambodian Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport has announced the schedule and procedures for the High School Graduation Exam (Baccalaureate) to be held from August 10, 2026. Over 150,000 candidates are expected to take the exam, divided into science and social science streams. Results are slated for announcement on September 2.
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of Cambodia has informed parents, guardians, candidates, and the public about the schedule and procedures for the High School Graduation Exam (Baccalaureate), which will be held starting August 10, 2026. Key Dates: The written examination will take place over two days, from August 10 to August 11, 2026. The scoring process is scheduled from August 13 to August 19, 2026. Computerized scoring and verification will be conducted from August 20 to August 30, 2026. The printing of exam results will occur on September 1, 2026. The results will be officially announced on September 2, 2026, across all 25 examination centers in the capital and provinces. Posting of Candidate Lists: To facilitate candidates in checking their exam information, candidate lists will be posted twice. The first posting will be on August 3, 2026, allowing candidates to review and locate their names at the examination centers. The second posting will be on August 9, 2026, at the examination centers for final verification of names, exam centers, and rooms. Additionally, the Ministry will publish an alphabetical list of candidates on its official website and social media channels starting August 1, 2026, to help candidates find their names and exam venues in advance. Statistics on Candidates and Examination Centers: For the August 10, 2026, High School Graduation Exam, a total of 151,238 candidates have registered (84,735 female). Of these: Candidates in the science stream total 37,445 (22,193 female). Candidates in the social science stream total 113,793 (62,542 female). Candidates will be arranged with 25 students per classroom in each examination center, with exceptions for the last classroom and classrooms accommodating students from special education schools.
