MANILA, Philippines — Suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P1.36 million was seized in Paracale, Camarines Norte on Friday. The illegal substance, weighing around 200 grams, was confiscated from a 51-year-old woman during a sting in Barangay Tugos, according to the Philippine National Police-Drug Enforcement Group. PDEG director Brig. Gen. Elmer Ragay said the suspect is detained at the Paracale police station. In Davao City, a high-value drug trafficker was arrested during an anti-narcotics operation in Barangay Daliao on Friday night. Police said the suspect yielded shabu with an estimated street value of P408,000.
