Northern Vietnam Braces for Heavy Rainfall as Storm Lingers Over Gulf of Tonkin

Northern Vietnam is facing the threat of heavy rainfall from a lingering tropical storm. Quang Ninh Province and Hai Phong City, in particular, are expected to receive over 600mm of rain, increasing the risk of floods and landslides. The government has issued a high alert and is implementing disaster prevention measures.
