Cambodia Canal Restoration Project Reaches 60% Completion, Boosting Agriculture and Water Security

The restoration of the "Or Pray Lh Kdan" irrigation canal in Banteay Meanchey province, Cambodia, has reached approximately 60% completion. Scheduled for finalization in July 2026, the project will support irrigation for 1,050 hectares of rice and 2,500 hectares of dry-season crops, and provide daily water for about 1,858 households.
