Reckless Rider's Motorcycle Confiscated for Six Months After Repeat Offense
A young man in Phnom Penh's 7 Makara district was apprehended for dangerous motorcycle stunts on public roads and posting videos online. Despite a previous warning for similar behavior, he reoffended. Authorities confiscated his motorcycle for six months and indicated stricter penalties for further transgressions.
