Ninh Binh Invests VND 680 Billion to Complete Abandoned Dormitory Complex
Ninh Binh province will invest VND 680 billion (approximately $27 million) to redevelop an 11-hectare student dormitory complex that has been abandoned for 17 years. Originally planned with a budget of VND 835 billion, the project was halted in 2013 due to funding shortages. The redevelopment will complete all four buildings to meet the housing needs of students and civil servants.
