PCSO GM Mel Robles Awarded PCGA Merit Medal

MANILA, Philippines — Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) General Manager Melquiades “Mel” A. Robles received on Thursday the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary (PCGA) Merit Medal and Ribbon during a ceremony at PCG the headquarters in Manila. Robles, an auxiliary commodore in the PCGA, was PCSO plays a vital role in supporting the health, welfare, and charitable causes of Filipinos through its lottery operations.
