LPA Enters PAR, Low Chance of Becoming Cyclone – Pagasa

A low-pressure area (LPA) east of Luzon entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Monday, but has a low chance of developing into a tropical cyclone, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). The LPA is a weather phenomenon that often impacts the Philippines during typhoon season.
