PSE, founded in Cambodia in 1996 by Christian des Pallières and Marie-France des Pallières, is a non-profit organization. Its mission is to help the poorest children escape poverty through general education and vocational training. On average, PSE annually assists nearly 7,000 impoverished and vulnerable children, providing them with accommodation, food, general education, and technical vocational training. Graduates from PSE are equipped to work in various sectors within Cambodia and some also find employment abroad. Over the past 30 years, PSE has contributed to poverty reduction and human resource development in collaboration with the Cambodian government by providing quality vocational training. It has offered new opportunities to tens of thousands of Cambodian children and youth, actively contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals.
