Peng Ponea, Minister of Public Works and Transport, granted an audience to Mr. Zhou Tao, Deputy General Manager of Rizhao Port Group Co., LTD. of China, and his delegation. The meeting was also attended by senior officials from the Ministry, the Deputy Governor of Svay Rieng Province, and relevant authorities.
