Baguio City Rejects P1.27-B Bid to Revive Historic Hydropower Plants

The Baguio City Council has rejected a P1.27-billion public-private partnership (PPP) proposal aimed at rehabilitating and modernizing the city's historic hydropower plants. The council cited that the project's scope extended beyond Baguio's jurisdiction, recommending resubmission to the local government of Tuba, Benguet.
