Vietnam Honors National Contributions in War Veteran and Martyr Commemoration Event

Recently, the highest leader, President and General Secretary To Lam, sent a letter expressing gratitude to the people on the occasion of the War Veteran and Martyr Commemoration Day, indicating the state leadership's emphasis on this anniversary.
