Astra International Ranks 4th in Fortune Indonesia 100, Recognized for Largest Workforce
PT Astra International Tbk has been ranked 4th in the Fortune Indonesia 100 2026 and recognized for its extensive workforce. The company, with over 190,000 employees, highlighted its contributions to the Indonesian economy and human resource development.
JAKARTA - PT Astra International Tbk (Astra) which is supported by more than 190,000 employees is back on the list of the 100 largest companies in Indonesia through Fortune Indonesia 100 2026 and won the Fortune Indonesia Outstanding Growth 2026: Biggest Company by Total Employees award from Fortune Indonesia in the Fortune Indonesia 100 Gala held in Jakarta. Fortune Indonesia 100 is an annual list that presents 100 companies that have made significant contributions to the national economy. The Fortune Indonesia 100 2026 ranking is based on the financial statements of companies that have been audited for 2025, using a number of key indicators, namely revenue, net profit, total assets, equity, and market capitalization. In the Fortune Indonesia 100 2026, Astra ranked 4th. Meanwhile, the Fortune Indonesia Outstanding Growth 2026: Biggest Company by Total Employees award is an appreciation for Astra as the company with the largest number of employees. "This award is interpreted as an encouragement for all Insan Astra to always give the best in carrying out business activities and contributing to Indonesia.
