Kadin Seeks Stronger Indonesia-Sweden Ties Through EU Pact, OECD

The Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) has expressed its intention to further deepen economic relations with Sweden by leveraging frameworks such as strengthened cooperation with the European Union (EU) and accession to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). This move aims to expand bilateral trade and investment. Kadin representatives indicated that progress in negotiations for a comprehensive economic partnership agreement (CEPA) with the EU, along with Indonesia's pursuit of OECD membership, could serve as crucial catalysts for creating business opportunities with Sweden.
