Samrong City Administration in Oddar Meanchey Reviews One-Stop Service Implementation for Public Services
Samrong City, Oddar Meanchey Province, Cambodia, held a meeting to oversee the implementation of the 'one-stop service' mechanism in Kun Kriel commune. The aim is to enhance the quality, transparency, and speed of public service delivery to citizens, with directives issued to strengthen staff discipline and professionalism.
In Samrong City, Oddar Meanchey Province, Northwest Cambodia, a meeting was held on the morning of Friday, July 17, 2026, at the administrative office of Kun Kriel commune to review and guide the implementation of the 'one-stop service' mechanism for public service delivery to citizens. The meeting was led by Mr. Phon Channil, Governor of Samrong City. Governor Phon Channil stated that enhancing the quality, transparency, and speed of public service delivery at the local level through the 'one-stop service' mechanism is a priority task in responding to the actual needs of the people and increasing their satisfaction. He issued key directives to the First Deputy Commune Chief, relevant officials, and all stationed personnel at the service point. They were instructed to continuously strengthen their presence, work discipline, and orderliness, and to pay close attention to facilitating the documentation process for citizens swiftly, accurately in accordance with the law, and with high professional ethics. The city governor further added that this meeting and inspection were conducted to understand the various challenges faced at the local level, with the aim of improving and promoting the public service delivery in Kun Kriel commune to be even better, easier, and closer to the people.
